William S. Foley attended the University of South Florida in Tampa and
graduated Magna Cum Laude. Upon graduating from the University of South
Florida, William S. Foley moved to New York City and attended Pace
University School of Law.
While at Pace Law School, William S. Foley was active with the trial team as
the trial team captain and additionally, the Articles Editor of the Pace
International Law Review. William S. Foley was also a Student Attorney with
the New York Legal Aid Society in the Bronx Criminal Court system and
interned at the United States Attorney’s Office and the New York Attorney
General’s Office. William S. Foley graduated from Pace Law School cum
laude.
After moving back to Tampa, William S. Foley worked at Catherine W. Real,
P.A. as an associate practicing exclusively in the area of family law. After
attaining the position of Senior Associate, William S. Foley later went on to
run the family law division at the Law Firm of Taracks, Gomez & Associates
in Tampa, Florida prior to founding and forming The Law Office of William
S. Foley, P.A.
William S. Foley is the current president of the Lambda Chi Alpha Alumni
Association of Tampa Bay. William S. Foley is a member of the Rough
Riders Krewe in Tampa Bay.
William S. Foley is a member of the American Bar Association and the
Hillsborough County Bar Association.
William S. Foley is married and has one beautiful daughter, Madeline.

Brandie Gilmore
Brandie has worked with William S. Foley for almost three
years and works hard to assist clients during such a trying and
emotional time in their lives. Brandie understands the
difference between the Office taking an aggressive stance on
issues, and being aggressive with their clients. Brandie treats
the Office's clients and potential clients with respect and with
care during this time in their lives.
Brandie has been exceptional in assisting William Foley and the
office in preparing for trials, mediations, depositions, court
dates and all aspects of the Office's practice.
Brandie has extensive experience working in law offices prior
to her career at The Law Office of William S. Foley, P.A.
Brandie has been a paralegal for almost six years and
continues to enjoy helping and assisting the Office's clients in
their time of need.

Geoff Igartua
Geoff has been working with the Office since 2009. He is
currently a college student assisting the office on a part-time
basis with important day-to-day office procedures and help.
Geoff is an asset to the Office and eagerly assists clients
during their family law cases and helps with the organization
and upkeep of client's files.
Colleen O'Brien
Colleen is a law clerk assisting the law office on research,
memorandum of law preparation, and writing. Colleen has
graduated from Stetson Law School and is currently
studying for the Florida Bar Exam. Colleen has a wealth of
family law experience and continues to learn the
ever-expanding area of family law. Collen has an amazing
grasp on family law and the issues that are ever-changing in
this fluid area of law.

Danielle Lennox
Danielle started with the Office in 2010. She is a currently a
college student at University of South Florida majoring in
Political Science. Danielle is the scheduling clerk for the
office and assists with scheduling the Office's conferences,
court dates, mediations, depositions and other events for the
office.
